(A) Steps to Forming your Custom Dental Trays for use with Whitening Gel. 

1.  Boil a pot of water and then submerge your dental tray into for 5-15 seconds. You will see the dental tray begin to wilt.  ( Keeping the dental tray submerged too long will cause it to shrink.)　

2. Place the dental tray into your mouth and press it against the front of your teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let it cool and your dental tray is now perfectly molded to your teeth.

3. Cut the handle of the dental tray.

(You will only need to conduct the custom dental tray procedure once for each dental tray, not each time you conduct your whitening session.)

Squeeze the Whitening Gel

(B ) Each syringe contain 6 treatments as 6 rectangles. Squeeze 1 treatment whitening gel into the front of your dental tray. Repeat this process with other dental tray.

(C ) Place upper and lower dental tray into mouth for 10- 20 minutes. Repeat this process twice a day for 5- 9 days.

(D ). Cleaning your dental tray with tap water after each whitening process.

Whitening gel is placed around the inside, front of the mouthpiece. There is no need for the whitening gel to come in contact with the back side of your teeth at this point since they are not visible to others.  (You may bleach them later if staining can be seen through your teeth.) Place the mouthpiece over your teeth.  You will notice that the whitening gel squeezes so that full coverage of all teeth is attained. There may be some additional gel that overflows out of the mouthpiece into you mouth.  Simply discard this overflow gel by spitting it out.
